Internship and Credit Export Program 2024

The Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad (IIITA) is pleased to extend an invitation for internship applications from dedicated students (both undergraduate and postgraduate) enrolled at public and private universities/institutes across India. Our internship/credit export programs offer a blend of academic enrichment and research experiences under the newly introduced various categories as follows.

Types of Internship Programs

 

  • A. Course Internship (one semester) [Click Here].
  • B. Research internship/project/thesis (1 or 2 semester long) [Click Here].
  • C. “Student Exchange Program” with Semester Credit Export Scheme (SCES) [Click Here].
  • D. Regular Internship (Summer/Winter) [Click Here].

  • NOTE: For Programs cited under A, B and C, the portal is open for registration and the program start and end dates shall be aligned with the IIITA Acedemic Calendar.

    Program D: Summer (6-8 weeks)/ Winter internship (4-6 weeks) is a benchmark internship program of IIIT Allahabad and is going to start from 02/12/2024.

    Important Dates

     

     

    • Starting date of application submission : 23/10/2024
    • Last date of application submission and fee deposit: 14/11/2024, (Date extended till 21/11/2024)
    • Starting date of Winter Internship (4 weeks) : 02/12/2024
    • Closing date of Winter Internship : 30/12/2024 (Interns will also have to vacate the hostel accommodation by 30/12/2024)

    How to Apply

     

      I. Students should directly contact to the faculty member through email on their email id. For details of faculty members, the applicants are advised to visit the individual Academic Department's website here
      II. After getting the consent from the prospective supervisor, students are required to register online along with the consent of the Supervisor. The link of the Application Format is available here
      III. The registration fee should be deposited during filling-up the registration form only.
      IV. Students must upload a bonafide student certificate from their parent institute on institute’s letterhead during filling-up of the application form.
      V. Students are required to book the accommodation via email at support.iwcs@iiita.ac.in by submitting the receipt of the accommodation charges as listed below, before reaching the IIITA campus.

      Fee Details: Regarding Fee Details of Programs mentioned under A, B C and D, kindly follow the respective policy document as attached against each program.
      The fee can be deposited online as per the following account details.
